Residenza Marchesi Pontenani - Florence

Its location was great for me and my wife. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Staff was superfriendly and welcoming all around;)))

The rooms are newly renovated and great-sized complete with all the facilities as well as a very good bed. The venue has magnificent and unbeatable setting near Michaelangelo park entry point. Staff are helpful and very attentive, they are doing nice job.

The place was fairly clean with quiet atmosphere near very close to the city center, Piazza Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio and all the major monuments and museums and local restaurants/ cafes to eat in. The setting was particularly good.

Thank you for really really nice stay on holiday and close enough to main attractions and restaurants, the main landmarks, and convenient store, restaurants and downtown. Staff is excellent and best. This place has newly decorated rooms with an incredibly comfortable bed, modern bathroom, for example. The location is absolutely perfect - close to a neo-gothic Franciscan church.

Everything was fairly clean, beds were exceptionally comfortable, we recommend it. It had private bathroom which was sparkling clean.

Magnificent location, close to a minor basilica. Fashionable and great-sized rooms, all with offering all the facilities required by the modern life as well as a very well preserved painted ceiling.

We have stayed here previously, beautiful property, would stay here again. It was marvellous near the supermarket. We truly enjoyed fast check-in too. Our rooms are large and recently renovated with great views.

My short stay at Residenza Marchesi Pontenani was simply phenomenal. The deluxe studio-apartment was truly magnificent, with a spacious living/dining area, a wonderful kitchenette, and a comfortable bed. The location was fantastic, just moments away from beloved Santa Croce. Rachele, the lovely host, was always available and accommodating. one of the best places I've ever stayed in.

Clean property just off Florence, and a supermarket and restaurants. Affable and accommodating staff at any hour. Exceptional service, no complaints. Comfy beds. Quiet atmosphere of the venue. Peaceful and best possible setting, views of street.

Its rooms were wonderful, the staff was polite, we had a really amazing stay on holiday. Appreciated the early check-in too. Didn't expect such a perfect place, would stay here again.

I really enjoyed this place, everything was excellent. The location was good, not too far away from a prominent art museum. The staff were excellent and amicable people, I had an absolutely amazing stay on holiday. Staff provided a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.

Everything was perfect, me and my family members enjoyed the stay. It was located in a calm area central to everything. The room was beautiful, spotless with a very well preserved painted ceiling, had free wi-fi.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was fantastic, spacious, and well-decorated. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions. The staff treated us like old friends, with the beautiful lady going out of her way to show us the way and help with parking. We even got treats for our kids!

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.

very central location, recently refurbished and spotless rooms. easy access to dolce lab, just 5 minutes walk. pleasant stuff, and polite as well. excellant service 100%. good to have a sofa bed, central heating and an iron.
